BEACHBORN orders are delivered Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. You may track your order easily via the Xend (metro manila) Xpost (provincial) or LBC (express shipping) website. Just key in the tracking number that was sent to you in our confirmation email/sms to check the status of your parcel.
Can I pick up at an LBC branch?
Just indicate the branch under shipping address and choose express shipping when you checkout.

To avoid delays, make sure you choose the right shipping option for your location. Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite and all other areas outside of Metro Manila are considered provincial.
We check all items upon shipping therefore we do not accept returns. However, some exceptions may be made within 7 days of purchase. Client must be able to prove that product has not been tampered with and that purchase was made directly through our website. Kindly provide a clear photo of shipping label along with purchased orders.

COURIER DID NOT CALL OR TEXT ME
Messengers aren't always equipped with company issued mobile phones to notify you before they arrive. To avoid any delays with the delivery of your order, please make sure that there is always someone to receive your parcel at the gate. Courier will only try delivering your package twice before it's sent back to us and marked as a "failed delivery". In this case, you will need to pay again for shipping in order for us to be able to resend your package.
